Welcome to Helena Food Share

Welcome to the New Year!

Thanks to your compassion and generosity, we met our fundraising goal for 2014 and gained momentum for 2015!  We worked hard to make sure Helena Food Share was open and ready for all our neighbors in need through last year.  With your partnership, we...

  • touched 8,400 individual lives throughout our community,

  • doubled the capacity of our Kid Packs program to serve over 800 elementary school students each week,

  •  distributed over 5,000 pounds of food every day through our pantry locations,

  • prepared to take on the challenges of 2015,

  • and so much more!

There is much work to be done in 2015, and we are ready for the challenge.  With your continued partnership, we can eliminate hunger in our community!

"Thank you for this...This is the first turkey I've had in years because I just can't afford one."

Over 96% of Helena Food Share's funding comes from local support.

"We really try to never have to come in here, but we usually end up here a few times a year.  I haven't been paid in three weeks and my wife's job just won't cover all our bills."  -HFS Client
