Very Simple Salmon Salad

(Serves two)

8 oz cooked salmon, flaked (400 degree Fahrenheit oven, 10 minutes. Canned salmon works too.)
2 stalks celery, diced small
¼ chopped red onion

Dressing:

¼ cup mayo
juice of half a lemon
½ tsp dill
salt and pepper
Whisk together the dressing ingredients and then toss together in a bowl with the other ingredients. Serve on a bed of greens, as a scoop of protein on a heftier salad, or on bread for a lovely sandwich.
