Very Simple Salmon Salad

Serves 2
  • 8 oz cooked salmon, flaked (400 degree Fahrenheit oven, 10 minutes. Canned salmon works too.)
  • 2 stalks celery, diced small
  • ¼ chopped red onion

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • juice of half a lemon
  • ½ tsp dill
  • salt and pepper

Whisk together the dressing ingredients and then toss together in a bowl with the other ingredients. Serve on a bed of greens, as a scoop of protein on a heftier salad, or on bread for a lovely sandwich.
