April 2026 Feature – Cannellini beans are tasty, healthy and versatile: One item that I always stock in my pantry is canned cannellini beans because they are the start of so many healthy, delicious recipes. From the health side of things, a 1-cup serving of cannellini beans contains 11 grams of protein, 43% of your daily fiber, is high in potassium, and is also a great source of calcium, iron and magnesium. From the culinary perspective, a can of cannellini beans quickly turns into a creamy pasta dish, the basis for a hearty salad, a quick soup, or a one-bowl meal.
