Avocado Smoothie
(1 smoothie)
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ banana
- 1 cup milk of your choice: oat, coconut, almond, etc
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tb honey or to taste
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tb ground flax seeds
- Optional: ½ cup blueberries
Puree all of the ingredients in a blender and serve.
