Avocado Smoothie

(1 smoothie)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup milk of your choice: oat, coconut, almond, etc
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tb honey or to taste
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tb ground flax seeds
  • Optional: ½ cup blueberries

Puree all of the ingredients in a blender and serve.
