Avocado Toast

(Serves 2)
  • 2 pieces toasted bread of your choice; I used sourdough
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • Chili crisp condiment (available in the Asian section of the grocery store)
  • microgreens

Arrange the avocado slices onto the toast, top each piece with a few slices of smoked salmon, a hefty pinch of microgreens, and dot the chili crisp along the top.
