Peach & Cottage Cheese Toast

(serves 1)
  • 1 slice of your favorite toast; I used a walnut sourdough
  • Cottage cheese, about ¼ cup
  • Fresh peach slices
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

Spread the cottage cheese on the toast. Arrange peach slices, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
