May 2026 Feature – Avocados are healthy, versatile and delicious additions: Available all year long, avocados are an incredibly versatile item to have on hand in your kitchen. Avocados are a great addition to sandwiches, sliced on top of an omelet, or pureed with some garlic, lemon and basil for a quick pasta sauce. Diced avocado thrown into soup just before serving is a nice addition as well.
