We believe, by sharing food, we share hope.
How to share food with your neighbors in need:
1. We welcome food donations at our Lewis Street Pantry.
Individuals, groups, or organizations can drop off items at the side door between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Ask a volunteer at the door for assistance or if you would like a receipt.
2. Shop local grocery stores during a food drive and purchase items to donate.
Volunteers will let you know what is needed when you arrive and will collect the food before you head home. See the list of upcoming food drives on this page.
3. Host a food drive at a local grocery store, business, or event.
If you’d like to host a food drive at your business, church, organization, or at a local grocery store, please contact Maddie Balachowski at Maddie@HelenaFoodShare.org or 406-443-3663, ext 150, before the event and we will provide any resources you may need for your food drive. If you plan to host a drive at a grocery store, be sure to contact the store manager first.
Thank you for sharing hope!
